There is one plan and it includes everything: unlimited single and bulk scans, the web app, the iOS and Android app, the Chrome extension, live BrickLink pricing, unlimited inventories, the Norman AI assistant, and imports and exports for Whatnot, eBay, BrickLink, Shopify, and CSV. Prices are in US dollars.

Yes. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of Pro with full access to every feature. Nothing is charged during the trial. If you cancel before day 14, you pay nothing.

Yes. You add a card or PayPal when you start the 14-day trial so your account can continue without interruption when it ends. The card is not charged until the trial is over, and cancelling before then means you are never billed.

On day 14 your payment method is charged for the plan you chose, $20 for monthly or $200 for yearly, and your account keeps running. Your inventory, scans, connected stores, and settings stay exactly as they were.

Yes. Cancel from Settings or the billing portal in a couple of clicks. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel in your Apple or Google subscription settings.

Yes. If you bought Pro directly from brick'em through Stripe or PayPal and it did not work for you for any reason, email [email protected] within 30 days of your first paid charge and we refund it in full. The guarantee covers your first charge on your first plan, one refund per customer. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google under their own policies, and we will help you with the request.

Same plan, same features. Monthly is $20 billed every month. Yearly is $200 billed once a year, which is 17% less than paying monthly, or about two months free. You can switch between the two from your billing settings.

Yes. One Pro subscription unlocks the brick'em web app, the iOS and Android app, and the Chrome extension with the same account and the same inventory. Scan a lot on your phone, list it from the web, and price listings in your browser without paying twice.

There is no free plan, but several tools on brickem.io are free and need no account: the free LEGO minifigure scanner, the LEGO collection value calculator, the part out value calculator, the minifigure rarity score checker, and the CMF QR scanner. Pro adds bulk scanning, inventory, live BrickLink pricing, and listing tools.
